Job description

Overview

Come join the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) as a Digital Sales Manager for the Outbound Sales Team. Intuit Sales is a multi-channel organization focused on delivering growth efficiently. Across all of our channels and businesses, Intuit Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and delivering revenue growth.


This person will lead our Outbound Sales Team, executing sales strategies to win with small businesses. The right candidate needs to have a proven track record of being a highly energetic and focused change leader, who loves improving processes and business outcomes through innovation and customer insights.



Responsibilities

  • Execute on the sales strategy, including communicating goals, tracking performance, and striving to constantly improve outcomes
  • Partner with Peers, Marketing, L&D, Care, Ops - optimizing the cross-team relationships to drive outcomes
  • Support the execution of a multi-year sales strategy in partnership with the leadership team, including contributing to creation of short-term and long-term strategic objectives
  • Grow incremental sales through management of sales incentives/contests and contingency levers
  • Managing day-to-day operations; LDR sales motion, lead strategy, pipeline management
  • Provide continuous support, sales coaching and training that builds skill of all employees
  • Conduct talent review sessions and drive a productive, year-round performance management culture, being clear on performance expectations, initiative prioritization, goals, and results
  • Collaborate across Intuit to share and learn best practices to continue to drive growth and to implement process improvement
  • Quickly test new ideas, using our innovation practices, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly
  • Lead organization through change as required and help the team respond to change
  • Help remove barriers, acting as an escalation point when needed to help solve or triage
  • Own the plan for the team’s success and contribute to the organization’s vision
  • Build high performing team and demonstrate ability to implement execution strategies to effectively manage, coach and balance both team/individual goals
  • Coach employees and provide regular feedback to provide role priority accountability (i.e. sales/deal execution, forecast accuracy, strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to innovate and analyze alternatives)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales management; indirectly or directly leading sales teams
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Accounting industry experience a plus
  • Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of sales levers, metrics, performance standards and sales methodology
  • Proven success in building high performing teams that consistently deliver
  • An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity
