JOB DESCRIPTION:  Reservations Agent/Experience Planner providing specialized support for World of Hyatt Globalists and above tier levels. This agent will work directly with our Hyatt VIP guests, The Hyatt Global Contact Center, Area Guest Historian and Loyalty Advisor.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.       Perform the duties of an Experience Planner by Booking reservations, services and activities.

2.       Take incoming calls from the World of Hyatt queue and transfers from the Hyatt Global Contact Center.

3.       To quickly handle and respond to emails in the Hyatt VIP email inboxes.

4.       To be proficient in all activities and services of Miraval and to personally experience some of the offerings to be able to describe the Miraval guest experience with firsthand knowledge. 

5.       Be able to schedule appointments in outlook that may include booking of reservations and Experience Planning.

6.       Be able to speak to the general World of Hyatt program and how it functions at Miraval.

7.       Performing outreach to Globalist tier levels and higher pertaining to booking expereinces in advance by offering to schedule an outbound call, email correspondence or offering our online booking system.

8.       Provide our Hyatt VIP guests with customized itineraries while maximizing revenue.

9.       Making sure to listen to guests needs and providing any additional attention or amenities that we are able to offer.

10.   Taking on escalations that may come from Experience Planners, Hyatt GCC or Supervisors.

11.   Be able to come on property as needed to assist in greeting and meeting Elite Tier and VIP's

POTENTIAL ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

1.       Training in Hyatt Tally System's

2.       Providing support for the Guest Historian.

3.       Entering stays for World of Hyatt points for guests upon departure in Tally.

4.       Redeeming points for stays at Miraval in Tally.

5.       Processing Award Codes for compensation in Service Now.

6.       Entering stays retroactivity for points in Tally.

ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:

1.       Strong computer skills with hotel property management systems and revenue management software.

2.       Proficient in Outlook.

3.       Able to work directly with our Guest Historian through Microsoft Teams

4.       Good verbal communication skills and customer services skills

5.       Must be able to multi-task and handle emails, chats and calls through the workday.

6.       Attention to detail and provide a higher level of service to our VIP guests.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

1.       Must have a High School diploma

2.       Minimum 1 year experience in reservations in the Hospitality field preferred
