    Job description

    Sales and Marketing Representative - Excel in Home Care!

    The Central and North Denver office of Home Instead is seeking an Outside Sales / Marketer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services to potential clients and referral sources. Your primary objectives will be to drive referrals and client acquisitions through nurturing our current relationships, establishing new relationships, and increasing Home Instead's already strong reputation within the Denver community.

    Responsibilities
    • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our home care services effectively
    • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabs, independent and assisted living communities, and other potential referral sources
    • Organize and participate in promotional events, senior or health fairs, and community outreach programs to raise awareness about our services
    • Conduct presentations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals and community groups to highlight our service offerings
    • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
    • Create compelling content such as blog posts, case studies, testimonials, and newsletters to engage our target audience
    • Develop sales and marketing plans, detailing weekly and monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential
    • Develop a database of qualified leads from referrals through face-to-face cold calling on referral providers, email, telephone and Web
    • Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations as needed following the consultative sales process
    • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and service delivery
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning
    • Conduct client / Caregiver introductions as needed
    • Support the Weekend On-call Supervisor at least once per month
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in outside sales and marketing, preferably within the home care industry or related field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and initiatives
    • Collaborative attitude with a commitment to achieving collective goals
