We are seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused, and solutions-driven Client Care Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence and empathy, and believes in finding ways to say "yes" for the families we serve.

What You'll Do
As a Client Care Advisor, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for clients, families, and Care Professionals from the very first interaction forward.
You will:
  • Meet with prospective clients and families to understand care needs and create personalized care plans
  • Conduct Care Consultations with compassion, professionalism, and confidence
  • Help families navigate difficult situations while providing reassurance, guidance, and solutions
  • Build strong ongoing relationships with clients, families, and Care Professionals
  • Conduct quality assurance visits and follow-up calls to ensure service excellence
  • Collaborate closely with Scheduling, HR, and Leadership teams to support continuity of care
  • Support and encourage Care Professionals through communication, coaching, and recognition
  • Proactively resolve concerns and help create positive outcomes for clients and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to overall territory growth and client satisfaction
