    Responsibilities for Home Care Consultant- Sales
    • Daily face-to-face marketing to Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living Facilities, Senior Centers, Hospice, etc.
    • Manage designated region, managing the overall region sales pipeline
    • Begin and end each day in the office, collaborating on sales strategy with leadership.
    • Daily input and utilization of Salesforce CRM
    • Development and execution of strategic sales plans as they relate to specific opportunities within assigned territory
    • Maintain and update sales plans, account and opportunity data within company systems as directed
    • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
    • Convert RPN referrals to commitments for Consultations, evaluations, proposals or sales
    • Generate quotes, proposals, sales reports, pipeline reports and sales analysis of moderate complexity as necessary
    • Meet and exceed sales plan as the primary interface between customers and internal operations

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • College degree or equivalent work experience
    • 3-5 years outside sales experience preferred (consultative sales a plus)
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable
    • Proven relationship building capability, including cold calling
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
    • Sales/result driven with a sense of urgency
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Optimistic outlook with positive energy
    • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
