The CPSO will work closely with security management and assigned program staff on all aspects of special program security.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This position is located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio and is within a commutable distance from Beavercreek, Fairborn, Dayton, and Riverside. #LI-HB1 We are hiring across multiple levels and welcome applicants with a range of professional experience.

CPSO (1) Junior - Min $51,324 - Target - $73,320 CPSO (2) Mid - Min $90,697 - Target - $86,710 CPSO (3) Senior - Min $74,984 - Target - $107,120 #LI-HB1 Essential Job Responsibilities + Develop and revise program level security plans, procedures and instructions. + Provide classification guidance to employees, develop and provide security education and awareness training, conduct security briefings, lead security self-inspections and audits, and investigate security incidents.

+ Operate and maintain a security education, training and awareness programs including indoctrinations, annual refresher training, debriefings, and event specific training. + Physical security management in the areas of access control, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) monitoring and response. + Demonstrate familiarization with security related Communication Security (COMSEC) equipment such as secure vIPer phones and taclanes.

+ Operate and maintain a visitor control program including processing incoming and outgoing visit certifications, visitor reception, and escort. + Coordinate and work directly with the government customer and government support offices, building management staff, and host security/facility managers for all facility related issues, special events, and operating procedures. + Operate and maintain an information security program that includes the transmission, receipt and distribution of classified information, storage and accountability of classified documents, and the training of others in marking and classification requirements.

Minimum Qualifications + Must have excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills and professional oral and written communication skills. + Must have creative problem-solving skills. + Proficient knowledge of the following security domains - Collateral, SAP and SCI.

+ CLEARANCE: Minimum Top Secret clearance is required to start. + Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with enhanced security checks. + CPSO (1) Jr - 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

+ CPSO (2) Mid - 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. + CPSO (3) Senior - 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. Physical Requirements May be required to visit job site in an industrial environment.
