SAP CRM Functional Consultant (Sales Lifecycle)Role OverviewThe SAP CRM Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing end-to-end sales processes within SAP CRM 7.0. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) transitions, primarily focusing on the integration between SAP CRM and SAP ECC SD.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design & Configuration: Lead the design and base customization of Opportunity Management, Quote Management, and Sales Order Management.Web UI & Functional Setup: Configure CRM WebClient UI, Business Roles, Navigation Bar Profiles, and Action Profiles.ECC Integration & Middleware: Manage and troubleshoot CRM-ECC Middleware, including RFC connections, data replication (Business Partners, Material Master), and BDoc error handling.Requirement Engineering: Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for custom ABAP developments.Testing & Support: Lead end-to-end testing cycles (Unit, Integration, and UAT) and provide post-go-live production support for critical sales transactions.
