Job description
A prominent tech company in California seeks a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the fine-tuning and deployment of LLM-based solutions for code workflows in secure environments. This role requires over 10 years of engineering experience, strong hands-on skills with PyTorch and AWS, and a proven ability to mentor. Key responsibilities include designing ML pipelines and leading production deployments. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of code/RTL workflows and exposure to inference optimization.
