Job Description

What is this role responsible for?

  • Leading overall technology strategy and governance for the product, in collaboration with technical and architectural stakeholders

  • Defines and communicates a shared understanding of the objectives of an initiative & its
  • Drives to decision on what scope is in vs out of each
  • Assists the product owner to sequencing deliverables & work (i.e. features)
  • Ensures adherence to cost guardrails by balancing capacity, resourcing, scope, and
  • Balancing technical needs, ongoing improvements & stability, while lowering costs
  • Ensuring continuous technical delivery of most valuable product capabilities, across the workflow managing

risks and dependencies

  • Defining and communicating the technical vision with the technical enablers to achieve it
  • Ensures 52-week Product Level CBE is updated with key milestones in collaboration with the Product
  • Ensuring Products and teams maintains good data hygiene for feature self-assessments and championing the activity dashboard (backlog health, Feature Cycle Time).
