    Key Responsibilities
    Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI components including BSP pages, BOL/GENIL programming, and PPF actions
    Build UI5/Fiori applications using CDS views, annotations, and OData services
    Design and implement custom ABAP solutions including reports, BADIs, user exits, IDocs, RFCs, and forms (Adobe/Smart Forms)
    Manage CRM-ECC Middleware integration, troubleshoot BDocs, monitor queues (SMQ1/SMQ2), and resolve replication errors
    Support S/4HANA implementation and conversion activities including code remediation, data migration (LTMC), and performance tuning
    Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
    Provide L2/L3 production support, resolve tickets (P1/P2/P3) within SLA using tools like ServiceNow or JIRA
