Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role focuses on program financials and supporting technology leadership with program-wide activities. The successful candidate will coordinate and facilitate technology delivery across multiple projects and workstreams, managing routines with CFO Change and ePMO.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities
• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
• Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines
• Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
• Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
• Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution

Requirements:

• Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
• Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills
• Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience

Desired skills:

• Knowledge or experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Experience with Oracle or Oracle Financials

Pay range: $55.15 - $63.15 per hour
