Genesis10 is currently seeking a Digital Product Manager - Hybrid (3 days/week) position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives within Digital Product Management, contributing to large-scale planning. You will review and analyze complex challenges, helping to resolve issues while supporting an existing roadmap and critical priorities. This position involves close collaboration with internal teams to meet project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Digital Product Management
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Digital Product Management deliverables
• Review and analyze moderately complex Digital Product Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables
• Leverage a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal personnel in Digital Product Management

Requirements:

• Five or more years of experience in product development, content platforms, or digital optimization
• Strong understanding of agile methodology and backlog management
• Understanding of business value related to platform capabilities and features
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage competing stakeholder needs
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms
• Experience coordinating testing efforts and driving quality assurance across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in interpreting test data and using analytics tools to measure performance and inform decisions
• College degree or equivalent experience

Desired skills:

• Agile certification
• Prior experience in a large-scale, fast-paced financial services environment

Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour
