Genesis10 is seeking an IT Staffing Sales/Business Development Executive for our branch in the Dallas, TX area. This position can be worked remotely however, preference will be for DFW based candidates. This is a $50k base + commission opportunity. Description: This is a Growth Opportunity for an IT Staffing Sales/Business Development Executive in Dallas Genesis10 is searching the Dallas market for dynamic individuals to join our team. What you will do We are looking for sales leaders that will prospect for new clients and serve several existing accounts. The Business Development Executive spends 75% of their time cultivating new business. The Business Development Executive is making calls, meeting prospects, and leveraging the Genesis10 brand for Talent Solution opportunities from staffing augmentation, ERP Solutioning, our G10 program for early in career, and our Dev10 program for the next generation of entry-level software developers. What you will bring The successful candidate will possess a background with: 1 to 5 years of recruiting or sales experience, preferably in the IT staffing industry. PMA-positive mental attitude Organization- be able to effectively plan your day and week, updating Genesis10 systems in a timely manner. Ability to professionally represent Genesis10 as the partner of choice with new and existing clients Ability to partner closely with internal recruiting teams by setting priorities and delivering timely feedback to deliver the best available talent Ability to be trained to sell TaaS (Talent as a Service) including; ERP Solutions, Emerging Leaders Program, and Delivery center solutions.
