Job description

Koniag Tech and Infrastructure Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an IT Program Manager (Mid-Level) with a TS/SCI security clearance to support KTIS and our government customer in Northern VA. The IT Program Manager (Mid‑Level) provides day‑to‑day support for IT modernization, cybersecurity, cloud, and data‑focused initiatives for a DoD customer.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on program or project coordination experience, familiarity with modern enterprise technologies, and demonstrated leadership potential to grow into higher levels of responsibility. This role supports senior program leadership across planning, documentation, technical integration, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: * Support program planning, tracking, scheduling, budget oversight, and risk management activities across multiple IT or cyber modernization efforts.

* Assist with development of program documentation including briefings, acquisition materials, roadmaps, requirements packages, and status reports. * Coordinate with technical teams working in cybersecurity, Zero Trust, cloud services, or data analytics, helping translate technical updates into programmatic actions. * Contribute to cloud migration or cloud adoption efforts by supporting requirements gathering, tracking milestones, and coordinating with cloud engineering teams.

* Support cybersecurity compliance, RMF documentation, and monitoring activities under guidance from senior cyber leads. * Assist in identifying opportunities to apply AI, ML, or data science capabilities to mission needs, working with SMEs to develop use cases. * Provide program office support including meeting facilitation, task tracking, decision documentation, and stakeholder communications.

* Engage with DoD stakeholders professionally, demonstrating strong communication, organization, and follow‑through. * Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and demonstrate readiness for increased responsibility. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.

* 7 years of experience supporting federal or DoD IT programs, projects, or PMO functions. * Experience in at least one of the following areas, with exposure to additional domains preferred: * Cybersecurity or RMF * Zero Trust principles * Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or DoD Cloud) * Data analytics or AI/ML concepts * IT modernization or digital transformation * Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to track multiple tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise briefings and status updates.

Clearance Requirement: * Active DoD Top Secret clearance (SCI preferred). Desired Qualifications: * Experience supporting DoD components, Pentagon offices, or military service organizations. * Working knowledge of DoD policies, planning, or acquisition processes.
