Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the IT delivery of a Planview implementation across the organization. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all IT-related activities for the deployment of Planview
- Coordinate technical planning, configuration, integration, and rollout with internal IT teams and external stakeholders
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for implementation, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business goals
- Manage dependencies across infrastructure, security, identity management, integrations, and applications
- Track progress, risks, milestones, and issues, and escalate as needed
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and governance requirements
- Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities
- Facilitate communication between IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience managing IT activities for system implementations or enterprise application deployments
- Experience coordinating cross-functional IT teams (infrastructure, security, IAM, integrations, applications)
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Ability to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues in enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with external vendors or SaaS providers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Planview (PPM, Portfolios, AgilePlace) or similar PPM tools
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience in global or multi-region environments
- Background in IT engineering, infrastructure, or application management
