Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of enterprise data and analytics solutions supporting commercial and sales organizations. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data platforms, and agile delivery, with accountability for translating complex business needs into scalable, high?quality analytics products. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, product ownership experience, and the ability to partner effectively with both business and engineering teams.

Responsibilities Own and manage data and analytics initiatives supporting commercial and sales teams, from data sourcing through reporting and insights delivery Define and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs aligned to business priorities, value, and technical dependencies Serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating needs into clear requirements and user stories Oversee intake, prioritization, and delivery of analytics and BI requests across multiple business functions Provide hands?on leadership across modern data platforms, semantic modeling, and business intelligence solutions Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, data quality, and governance standards Operate within an Agile delivery framework, leading planning, backlog refinement, and execution activities Partner closely with engineering and data teams to drive timely, high?quality delivery and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Experience supporting commercial or sales?driven operating models Proven experience as a technical product owner or program manager in data and analytics environments Hands?on knowledge of modern data platforms, business intelligence tools, and analytical data modeling Demonstrated experience working within Agile or scaled Agile frameworks Ability to clearly bridge business needs and technical execution Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex dependencies Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
