Are you energetic, organized, and excited about working with people? We're looking for an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, customer engagement, and promotional marketing.
No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed from day one.
What You'll DoAs an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you'll help support the planning and execution of promotional events and community campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event displays and promotional materials
- Welcome and engage attendees with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Help ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
- Distribute promotional materials and branded merchandise
- Support event logistics and maintain an organized event space
- Work closely with team members to achieve event goals
- Collect customer feedback and event data when needed
- Represent our clients and brand in a positive and professional manner
