Job description

We are currently hiring an Event Marketing Assistant – Charity Campaigns to support awareness and fundraising initiatives for nonprofit organizations and charitable causes.

This entry-level opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in community events, and helping organizations expand their impact. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship.

Position Overview

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will represent charitable organizations at fundraising events, community outreach programs, retail campaigns, and public engagement initiatives. Your role will focus on increasing public awareness, building donor support, and creating meaningful interactions that help nonprofit partners achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of charity fundraising events and awareness campaigns
  • Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, retail promotions, and outreach initiatives
  • Engage with community members to educate them about charitable programs and causes
  • Build positive relationships with donors, supporters, and event attendees
  • Promote fundraising campaigns and encourage community participation
  • Support event logistics, registration, displays, and promotional materials
  • Help track campaign performance and event results
  • Maintain accurate records and donor engagement information
  • Work closely with team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and leadership development programs
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for community involvement and charitable causes
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable speaking with the public and building relationships
  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or volunteer experience is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
