Experience client & ventes

Accueillir les clients et contribuer a rendre le magasin un endroit agreable ou magasiner. Aider les clients a creer des tenues de la tete aux pieds en preparant les chaussures et en presentant les vetements ainsi que les articles complementaires indispensables. Stimuler les ventes en partageant vos connaissances sur les produits et en aidant les clients a trouver ce qu'ils aimeront. Selectionner, preparer et expedier les commandes en ligne avec soin afin qu'elles soient pretes et livrees a temps.

Operations & execution en magasin

Aider aux taches quotidiennes du magasin, comme le reapprovisionnement, l'entretien et la maintenance des cabines d'essayage, la gestion des transactions en caisse, ainsi que le maintien d'une surface de vente propre et organisee. Maintenir les standards visuels et de recuperation du magasin afin qu'il soit toujours pret a accueillir les clients. Respecter toutes les procedures de securite, de prevention des pertes et les procedures operationnelles standard afin de proteger les clients, les coequipiers et les produits. Manipuler toutes les informations de l'entreprise et des clients de facon responsable et maintenir la confidentialite en tout temps.
