    Foot Locker is looking for an Allocations Manager! The Allocation Manager leads and develops a team responsible for demand forecasting, inventory management strategy, pre-season buy execution, and in-season allocation and replenishment across multiple product categories. This role sets clear priorities and performance expectations, builds team capability, and directs cross-functional execution with Buying, Planning, Supply Chain, and Field teams. Through this leadership, the team ensures the right product is in the right store at the right time to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity.
    Responsibilities
    • Drive in-season inventory management, identifying opportunities to maximize sales, improve sell-through, In-Srock %, Weeks of Supply (WOS), demand forecast, and mitigate inventory risk.
    • Partner with Buying, Assortment Planning and Field teams to develop and execute assortment and allocation strategies.
    • Lead the demand forecasting process, establishing clear accountability and performance standards, monitoring forecast accuracy and bias, and directing timely actions to improve inventory productivity and business results.
    • Utilize analytics and reporting tools to inform decisions, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities by store, market, and category.
    • Develop and coach allocation talent while leading team strategies that strengthen decision-making, build organizational capability, and drive sustained inventory productivity.
    • Champion continuous process improvement and ensure consistent execution of allocation

    Key Performance Indicators
    • Sales, gross margin, and sell-through performance versus plan and forecast
    • Weeks of supply, inventory turn, aged inventory, and markdown risk
    • In-stock position, allocation accuracy, and inventory productivity by SKU, store group, and market
    • Performance of strategic store groups and effectiveness of in-season inventory actions

    Qualifications
    • Strong understanding of inventory management, allocation, replenishment and demand forecasting.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend clear actions
    • Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI or similar, advanced Excel skills
    • Experience with demand forecasting, allocation and replenishment systems and tools
    • Ability to lead cross-functional conversations and influence decisions across Buying, Planning, Allocation, Field, and Supply Chain teams
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear business insights
    • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
    • Ability to balance long-range planning with fast-paced in-season decision-making
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, resolve assortment challenges, and drive business outcomes

    Benefits
    The annual base salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
