Location – Kansas City-In Office M-Th, Home Fridays

Salary - $45,000 + Commission

Travel Required – No

Role Description
The Sales Development Associate is charged with generating and producing leads by prospecting and marketing initiatives.

 You are a team player with problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset. You will be part of a diverse, collaborative sales team of hardworking individuals to generate new revenue and relationship building.
• Initiate CXM lead-generating activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Establish and develop relationships on behalf of AutoAlert with prospects
• Document information and lead-generating activities and/or accounts within the company’s CRM (Salesforce)
• Achieve key performance metrics and goals
• Work with your team to identify and share best practices for lead generation

• Other duties as assigned

• Consistent track record of setting and achieving personal and team sales goals
• Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a consistent manner 
• Excellent customer-facing soft skills to interact with both internal and external customers
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of the organization to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving and results
• Ability to adapt positively to changing priorities and to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

 Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but works with other team members inside and outside of the department.
