We are partnering with a thriving, high-performance technology solutions provider in Birmingham, AL to find a high-energy Sales Development Associate. This isn’t a role where you’ll get lost in the crowd. It is a fast-paced, high-reward launchpad designed for an ambitious professional who wants to master modern B2B sales, learn a lucrative industry, and be mentored by a proven team that wins together.
Your Core Mission: Drive the Pipeline
As a Sales Development Associate, you will own the front end of the sales cycle. Your primary focus is identifying opportunities, sparking initial interest, and opening doors.
  • Map the Market: Research and build high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, and online resources to find key decision-makers (C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives).
  • High-Volume Outreach: Confidently execute 50–80 outbound calls daily to introduce our client’s valuable services.
  • Set the Stage: Qualify prospective businesses and schedule strategic first-time meetings for the outside sales executives.
  • Campaign Follow-Up: Act as the bridge between marketing and sales by calling warm leads generated from marketing campaigns.
  • Stay Organized: Track your outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline progression daily within the CRM.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working with standard business tools, spreadsheets, and CRMs (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Highly Coachable: You love hitting benchmarks, beating your personal bests, and actively applying feedback to improve.

Nice-to-Haves (But Not Required):
  • Prior experience in outbound B2B tele-sales, cold-calling, or appointment setting.
  • Exposure to CRM workflows.
  • A general interest in technology, IT services, or SaaS.
