Administrative Support - Compliance Department
Position Type: Full Time, non-exempt employee.
Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 hourly, DOE.
Location: This position based onsite at the Service Center in Salt Lake City, UT

About the Opportunity
Our Compliance team is committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with field facilities, agencies, and internal partners to promote and strengthen compliance across the organization. We believe compliance is most effective when it is grounded in partnership, trust, and shared accountability. In addition to providing training, oversight, and auditing support, we work closely with providers to help them build successful businesses in an ethical, responsible, and compliant manner. In this role, the Administrative Support will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Compliance Department.
Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with data entry and data analysis.
  • Coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and recording meeting minutes.
  • Booking travel arrangements and reconciling expense reports.
  • Managing shipments and supply orders.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases while safeguarding confidential and sensitive information.
  • Lifting boxes and computer equipment up to 30 lbs, as needed.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Compliance Department.
  • Traveling occasionally, as required.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Planner,
  • Strong computer proficiency,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow direction effectively,
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
  • Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly,
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management on projects, as needed.
