    Responsibilities

    Accurately enters and processes orders submitted by dealers as well as sales staff in the field

    Answering customer inquiries with a professional manner and attitude

    Responds to emails from sales staff and dealers

    Assists customers with returns and replacements

    Provides dealers with accurate pricing and delivery information

    Updates dealer accounts

    Establishes rapport with customers to ensure that all dealers feel important and valued

    Cleary defines dealer issues and helps find resolutions

    Escalates issues or concerns to the appropriate people when clear resolutions are not available

    Monitors orders issued with scheduled shipment dates to ensure deliveries are on time

    Works with purchasing personnel to help meet customer delivery requirements

    Obtains a thorough knowledge of all Eastman instruments and accessories

    Recommends alternate products based on cost, availability, and specification

    Actively participates in improving our processes

    Qualifications

    Previous music industry sales and/or customer service experience is preferred

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Basic computer knowledge in Windows and Excel

    Ability to multitask

    A high level of critical thinking/problem solving skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

    Must be able to learn quickly in a constantly changing environment

    Excellent Organizational and time management

    Employment Type

    Full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week) On site only (There is no option for remote work for this position)
