They need someone who has Customer Experience background and will be comfortable spending a significant portion of their day on the phone while coordinating projects. They need someone who is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple projects with clear communications. You'll help monitor job project updates, ordering supplies as needed and update customer info using your accurate data entry, computer skills. Beautiful office environment located in the north end.
