Executive Assistant

Hospitals & Healthcare

$32/hr - $38/hr

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST

Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

Contract, Potential Temp to Hire

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate a variety of departmental initiatives from planning through execution
  • Develop and prepare executive-level reports, presentations, correspondence, and routine communications
  • Oversee deadlines, commitments, and follow-up tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Organize, schedule, and participate in leadership, administrative, and project-related meetings
  • Create and distribute meeting agendas and supporting materials in advance of meetings
  • Document, distribute, and maintain accurate meeting notes and minutes
  • Coordinate executive participation in board meetings, strategic initiatives, and organizational projects
  • Assist in planning and execution of annual, quarterly, and special organizational events
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with leaders, senior leadership, executives, and external partners
  • Operate with a high level of discretion, professionalism, independent judgment, and confidentiality


What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
  • Minimum of 10 years of administrative, office management, or similar professional experience required
  • Prior experience supporting executive-level leadership strongly preferred
  • Background in healthcare or a related industry preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars required
  • Proven experience coordinating and supporting meetings, including preparation and follow-up, required
  • Project management experience or involvement in cross-functional initiatives required
