    NOC 64410 - Security Guards$21-$24 per hour, 35-40 hours per week for full-time rolesScarlet Security & Risk Group is seeking professional and reliable Security Guards to join our team in Dawson City, Yukon. Successful candidates will play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and the public.Scarlet Security & Risk Group (SSRG) is an ISO31000, ISO9001 and ISO45001 certified company and one of Canada's leading security companies. We provide a variety of client-centric security, technology, risk management, and investigation solutions to customers across the country. Our diverse, highly qualified team members and relentless commitment to excellence create superior results for our clients.ResponsibilitiesProvide access control and on-site security at assigned locations.Conduct regular patrols and monitor activities to identify safety or security issues.Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.Prepare accurate reports and documentation.Work collaboratively with clients, team members, and public safety officials.QualificationsValid Yukon Security Guard Licence (or eligibility to obtain one).Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or public safety preferred.Strong communication and observation skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.Must reside in Dawson City, Yukon Territory.Company PerksFull-Time Roles: 35-40 hours per week On-Call Roles: Hours vary based on operational needs Wage Offered: $21-$24 per hour, depending on experience and assignmentFlexible scheduleHealth & dental benefits for full-time employeesUp to $1,000 in referral bonuses when your friends join the teamProfessional Development & Internal Career Growth OpportunitiesA culture of respect and mentorshipReady to Apply?Upload your resume and a cover letter explaining why this role aligns with your goals.
