The Light Commercial ASM 1 will be focused on supporting the ASM 2, overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a high level of customer service, efficient office processes, and achieving sales goals for CoolSys.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Ensure high-quality service to both retail and commercial customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues.  
• Assist in training, motivating, and supervising staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company standards.  
• Help implement sales strategies to meet or exceed office targets. Monitor performance metrics and support the team in achieving commercial goals.  
• Assist with stock control, ensuring product availability for both retail and business customers. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.  
• Ensure smooth daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.  
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions tailored to their business requirements.  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.  
• Assist with office reports, sales analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.  
• Performs other duties as assigned.  

• High school diploma or equivalent.  
• A college degree in Business, Management, or a related field a plus.  
• Proven experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.  
• Good understanding of sales strategies and commercial customer needs.  
• Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.  
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.  
• Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.  
• Ability to use typical business tools including E-Mail, Word, Excel, etc.
