Our confidential client is a premier provider of large-scale landscape and hardscape design/build services, specializing in creating exceptional outdoor environments for high-end residential clients. Their team is passionate about designing and building outdoor spaces that inspire, impress, and stand the test of time.

As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead our construction and production teams. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives on delivering complex projects, building strong teams, and driving operational excellence.

Based in Michigan, our team of highly skilled landscape professionals is committed to craftsmanship, collaboration, and creating a positive company culture.

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements for the Landscape Project Manager:

  • 5+ years of landscape or construction project management experience within a company generating $3M+ in annual revenue.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing a production division or similar operational team.
  • Strong understanding of high-end residential landscape design/build processes or similar construction environments.
  • Basic knowledge of plant material and procurement terminology.
  • Proven experience managing multiple crews and subcontractor teams simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities of the Landscape Project Manager:

  • Lead and manage the Landscape Production Division, including project scheduling, execution, and completion of all construction and design/build projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex landscape construction projects.
  • Utilize systems such as LMN to track job costing, production efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
  • Manage and coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and project timelines are met.
  • Oversee subcontractor services for maintenance clients including irrigation, lawn care, and plant care.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
