    POSITION SUMMARY

    The HR Generalist serves as the primary liaison between employees and the corporate office team, supporting an employee-oriented, high-performance culture at TLD Wollard. This role validates payroll from the central office, supports employees with their questions and issues, upkeeps HR records, and organizes and delivers training activities — including Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs. The HRBP also serves as office coordinator and partners with regional HR Managers and the group HR Director to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across the site.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Serve as the liaison between employees and the corporate office team, supporting employees throughout the organization.
    • Validate payroll received from the central office, and support employees with payroll questions and issues.
    • Serve as a back-up to the administrator in WIN when needed.
    • Recruit for open positions or work with regional recruiter to fill roles in a timely manner
    • Organize, schedule, and record training activities for factory, hourly, and salaried employees.
    • Oversee and deliver training programs on Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) topics.
    • Act as office coordinator — order office supplies and coordinate visitors, meals, reservations, corporate activities, and other administrative support as required.
    • Upkeep and maintain HR records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations.
    • Communicate and coordinate with regional HR Managers (HRMs) and the group HR Director (HRD).
    • Act in compliance with ethical and business conduct rules in accordance with group procedures and policy.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     • Minimum three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Working knowledge of payroll processing, HR record-keeping, and HRIS/HRMS systems.
    • Experience organizing and delivering training programs, including EH&S topics, is a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
