Carrier Sales Representative - Orlando, FL

Circle Logistics is a 3rd party logistics firm focused on delivering our three core promises to our customers: No-Fail Service, Personalized Communication, and Innovative Solutions. We leverage our technology, industry experience, and employee ingenuity to develop industry-leading transportation solutions. After 10 years of 100% growth annually, we have grown to 15 locations across the country year over year. Carrier Sales is an entry-level position with no college degree required
 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain strong and profitable relationships with truckload carriers and suppliers throughout North America using Circle's history with over 100,000 trucking companies
  • Dispatch carriers on customer orders, ensuring all requirements are relayed to our partners
  • Ensure enhanced visibility initiatives are prioritized
  • Positively and proactively communicate potential issues/escalations to the appropriate parties 
  • Work together with a team of your peers to ensure we provide No-Fail service to every customer

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team, while also focusing on individual accomplishments
  • Be a goal setter, people who set goals consistently achieve/surpass them
  • Be coachable, we will train you on everything you need to know for the job
  • Be ready, willing, and able to learn new things!
     

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
