Job description

Business Development Manager

The Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base, enter new markets, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that business objectives are achieved while upholding responsible partnership practices. This role's strategic guidance will be instrumental in promoting the company effectively within these established parameters. Additionally, this position will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and revenue channels that support the company's long-term growth objectives.

Reporting and Communication:

Reporting directly to the Founder/President, the Business Development Manager will maintain day-to-day communication to ensure complete visibility into business goals, actions, priorities, and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor key performance indicators, forecasts, and sales metrics to optimize sales operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Work closely with sales and affiliate teams by coaching, mentoring, and guiding them toward growth.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities, revenue streams, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, conduct, and governance, ensuring the company operates within regulatory expectations and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, affiliates, and industry contacts.
