Job Summary:
VectorCSP is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to provide senior program and project management analysis support. The role involves evaluating objectives, analyzing requirements and schedules, and managing program documentation and change control activities.
Responsibilities:
• Applies analytical techniques in evaluating program and project objectives
• Analyzes requirements
• Analyzes status information
• Analyzes budgets
• Analyzes schedules
• Performs management analyses
• Performs technical analyses
• Performs business case analyses
• Collects data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
• Completes data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
• Organizes data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
• Interprets data relating to aircraft, weapon, project acquisition, and product programs
• Tracks program and project status
• Tracks program and project schedules
• Applies government processes for documentation management
• Applies government processes for change control management
• Applies government processes for data management
Qualifications:
Required:
• MA/MS degree
• More than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
• Ability to perform analytical evaluations
• Ability to analyze budgets and schedules
• Ability to organize and interpret program data
• Knowledge of documentation management processes
• Knowledge of change control management processes
• Knowledge of data management processes
Preferred:
• 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR
