What are your contributions to the team?

  • Accurately perform data entry and data verification across internal systems

  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital files, including renaming and categorizing documents

  • Support document management, including scanning, filing, and record tracking

  • Monitor and verify employee records and training completion data

  • Communicate with managers to resolve missing or incomplete information

  • Conduct timely follow-ups via email to ensure data accuracy and compliance

  • Assist with data pulling and reporting tasks as needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree

  • You are available to work 20-30 hours per week in person, Monday-Friday

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs

  • Stay organized and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling large volumes of information

  • You can communicate clearly and professionally, particularly through written communication and email follow-ups

  • You can take initiative to work independently and follow up when information is missing or incomplete

  • You are comfortable working with data-focused and process-driven tasks

  • Show reliability, adaptability, and a self-motivated approach in a fast-paced environment
