What are your contributions to the team?
Accurately perform data entry and data verification across internal systems
Upload, organize, and maintain digital files, including renaming and categorizing documents
Support document management, including scanning, filing, and record tracking
Monitor and verify employee records and training completion data
Communicate with managers to resolve missing or incomplete information
Conduct timely follow-ups via email to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Assist with data pulling and reporting tasks as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency
How to thrive in this role?
You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree
You are available to work 20-30 hours per week in person, Monday-Friday
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Stay organized and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Maintain a high level of attention to detail when handling large volumes of information
You can communicate clearly and professionally, particularly through written communication and email follow-ups
You can take initiative to work independently and follow up when information is missing or incomplete
You are comfortable working with data-focused and process-driven tasks
Show reliability, adaptability, and a self-motivated approach in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate effectively with team members while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills
