Au sein du departement Qualite, leResponsable TechniqueAutomatisationAssurance Qualiteagira a titre de reference technique et de catalyseur d'excellence en automatisation.Il sera responsable de definir et de mettre en uvre la strategie, les outils et les processus d'automatisation des tests, tout en demeurant implique de maniere pratique.

Nous recherchons un candidat possedant une solide expertise technique et des competences en leadership dans un environnement Agile. Le candidat guidera les membres de l'equipe QA par son expertise, sa collaboration et sa capacite a promouvoir une culture d'amelioration continue.

Responsabilitesprincipales:


  • Definir et mettre en uvre la strategie d'automatisation QA en l'alignant sur les cas d'utilisation orientes produit et clients.
  • Evaluer, concevoir et ameliorer le cadre d'automatisation afin d'assurer sa scalabilite, sa maintenabilite et son efficacite.
  • Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en matiere de tests, d'automatisation et d'assurance qualite.
  • Diriger par l'exemple a travers la conception de scripts de test, l'utilisation d'outils, les pipelines de deploiement et les revues de code.
  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes DevOps, IVV, Logiciel et Materiel pour integrer les concepts et outils qualite au sein des environnements CI.
  • Guider et soutenir les membres de l'equipe QAA dans l'amelioration de leurs capacites d'automatisation et de leur approche qualite.
  • Promouvoir l'utilisation de metriques et de pratiques dereportingafin d'accroitre la visibilite, la tracabilite et la communication des resultats qualite.
  • Faciliter les discussions techniques et encourager la collaboration inter-departements sur les sujets d'assurance qualite et d'automatisation.
  • Encadrer et former les membres de l'equipe QAA pour assurer un partage de connaissances efficace.


Exigences :


  • Formation :Diplome ou baccalaureat en informatique.
  • Experience :Minimum de 5 ans d'experience pratique en automatisation de tests, dont au moins 2 ans a titre de chef technique.
  • Competences linguistiques :Le francais est obligatoire. La connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour la lecture de documentation technique disponible uniquement en anglais et pour la communication avec des clients internationaux.

Competencestechniques :


  • Excellente connaissance du cycle de vie des tests, des processus qualite, des methodologies et des techniques de conception de tests.
  • Solide experience dans la construction et la maintenance de cadres d'automatisation de tests CI/CD (ex. : Jenkins,GitLab-CI).
  • Competences avancees en script et en developpement deframeworks(ex. : Python/PyTest, Nose2, etc.).
  • Connaissance approfondie des pratiques de l'industrie axees sur Agile et DevOps, ainsi que de l'integration des tests.
  • Experience avec les systemes de gestion de code source (GIT).
  • Connaissance de la programmation orientee objet.
