Notre site Airbus Atlantique basé à Mirabel recherche son futur : Sommaire du poste Dans le cadre de l’industrialisation du programme avion A220 avec notre partenaire/client, le rôle primaire du profil «Calculateur Structure» recherché est d’assurer que l’analyse de contraintes, dans son périmètre, est conforme aux requis de certification pour la structure primaire en statique et fatigue. La connaissance des structures secondaires et installations des systèmes est un atout. Vos défis: Le calculateur structure se rapporte directement au Responsable d’Équipe Calcul et il est responsable de: • S’assurer que le périmètre technique est bien respecté selon les exigences clients, les besoins du programme et les requis manufacturiers. • Participer aux analyses de contraintes de la structure primaire et/ou secondaire dans son périmètre : . Soutenir la prise de décisions techniques reliées à l’analyse de contrainte de la structure primaire, . Soutenir la prise de décisions techniques pour les supports fixes et supports mobiles, • Préparer les principaux livrables techniques et assurer la conformité des livrables techniques suivant les exigences d’Airbus Atlantic et celles du client; Participer à l’analyse et à la mise en œuvre Profil recherché • Baccalauréat/Maitrise (ou équivalent) en Ingénierie mécanique, ou aéronautique • Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en analyse de contrainte de structure primaire métallique (skin/frames/stringers) • Connaissance des processus et méthodes de calcul aéronautique (Processus et Méthodes AIRBUS Atlantic, BOMBARDIER, AIRBUS Canada) • Savoir utiliser Catia (consultation), et avoir une bonne maitrise de NASTRAN, PATRAN (Utilisation de modèle existants, extraction d’efforts/contraintes), ainsi que de la programmation VBA • Expérience en Calcul de pièces tôlées et machinées • Possède une bonne compétence en communication écrite et orale • Expérience en gestion de projet serait un plus • Langues : Français, anglais (technique) Aptitudes • Avoir la capacité à travailler à la fois en équipe et en autonomie; • Posséder de bonnes capacités d’écoute et relationnelles ; • De nature enthousiaste, aime travailler dans un environnement rythmé et trouve les situations imprévues et urgentes stimulantes; possède la capacité de répondre avec calme et réactivité en fournissant un travail de qualité.
