Job Overview

Are you a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving technical challenges and working directly with end users? We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and experienced Technical Services Analyst to provide on-site technical support at client locations.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work in a fast-paced healthcare and enterprise IT environment where professionalism, technical expertise, and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, calibrate, and test IT equipment, peripherals, and endpoint devices.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and basic software integration.
  • Support IT project deployments, including technical dress rehearsals, go-live activities, and post-deployment support.
  • Administer basic Windows operating system functions (Windows 10/11), including user account management, system configuration, and device setup.
  • Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and in accordance with established standards.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and project activities as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve technical challenges quickly and professionally.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing responsive, courteous, and effective technical support.

Qualifications

Required

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktop hardware, peripherals, and endpoint devices.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fundamental understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience providing technical support in a business-to-business (B2B) or managed services environment.
  • Experience supporting printers, scanners, barcode devices, mobile devices, or other IT peripherals.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and software deployment.
  • Experience supporting healthcare or enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent are preferred.
