Key Responsibilities

• Assistin monitoring sterilization processes and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Support updates to procedures and ISO documentation

• Helpidentifyopportunities for process improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency

• Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting of equipment performance and trends

• Assistin tracking equipment uptime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

• Support project activities, including documentation, coordination, and execution tasks

• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on process issues and corrective actions

• Help with training documentation and support operator/technician onboarding where needed

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing aBachelor's degree in Engineering(Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)

• Prior internship, co-op, or coursework related to manufacturing or engineering preferred but notrequired

Skills & Abilities

• Basic understanding of engineering principles and problem-solving techniques

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to interpret technical information and follow procedures

• Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar tools)

• Good communicationskills and willingness to learn in a team environment

Work Environment

• Exposure to a manufacturing setting, including equipment, varying temperatures, and operational areas

• Safety training and personal protective equipment will be provided

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical tasks

• May require occasional lifting (up to ~10lbs)
