Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data & Systems Manager to lead the implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of our ERP and e-commerce ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary owner of enterprise data management, system integrations, ERP administration, and e-commerce platform operations.
The successful candidate will lead the technical implementation of a modern ERP environment within a food manufacturing organization while establishing and maintaining data governance standards across all business systems. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, operations, finance, IT, and sales teams to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalable system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

·       Participate in the evaluation, selection, implementation, and administration of a robust ERP platform.

·       Configure and maintain ERP modules including inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, finance, and reporting.

·       Serve as the primary system administrator and subject matter expert for ERP operations.

·       Coordinate system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.

·       Build and maintain integrations between ERP systems and Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and other platforms.

·       Manage product catalogs, categories, variants, images, metadata, pricing, and inventory synchronization.

·       Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ERP, warehouses, shipping providers, and financial systems.

·       Own and maintain enterprise master data, including products, customers, vendors, BOMs, pricing, inventory, and regulatory attributes.

·       Develop and enforce data governance standards, policies, and procedures.

·       Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

·       Maintain inventory synchronization across internal and third-party systems.

·       Develop dashboards, KPIs, and business intelligence reporting.

·       Provide technical leadership and establish standards for system architecture and plant interconnectivity.

·       Lead cross-functional implementation and continuous improvement projects.

·       Maintain system security, user access controls, and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Business Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience managing ERP, manufacturing systems, or enterprise business applications.

• Experience implementing ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience supporting Shopify and multi-channel e-commerce operations.

• Minimum 2 years of project or team leadership experience.
