About the Opportunity
We're building the production studio we always wanted to work in - fast, collaborative, and trusted by world-class startups. Our work spans founder stories, commercials, launch videos, and motion-driven campaigns.
We're looking for an Agency Producer to partner closely with our in-house production team and clients - managing projects from brief to delivery. You'll be the connective tissue between creative, production, and client teams, ensuring clarity, quality, and on-time execution.
This role combines client service, creative problem-solving, and production oversight.
What You'll Do
Project & Production Oversight
  • Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery
  • Build and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all stakeholders
  • Anticipate risks or scope changes early and align the team accordingly
  • Keep Asana boards, production schedules, and deliverables current

Client & Partner Collaboration
  • Serve as a key client contact throughout projects
  • Ensure client expectations are clear, realistic, and consistently met
  • Partner with leadership to translate creative direction into actionable production plans

Internal Coordination
  • Work directly with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow and priorities
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs between sales, creative, and production
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly to the broader team

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in production, agency, or creative project management
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Calm, proactive approach under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability to deadlines
  • Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, or similar project tools

Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with video production workflows
  • Background in creative agencies, studios, or startups
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms
