About the Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our producers and creative leads, helping manage the day-to-day logistics of multiple productions at once.
You'll be involved from pre-production through wrap, helping keep shoots organized and moving on track.
Location: Bay Area (required). This role will include in-person shoot days.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage production budgets, track costs throughout each project, and flag risks or overages early
  • Partner closely with directors, creative leads, and internal stakeholders to align on creative approach, feasibility, and execution
  • Lead pre-production planning across schedules, logistics, staffing, and production needs
  • Scout locations and help secure the right spaces, permits, and production setup for each shoot
  • Source, vet, and book crew, cast, vendors, rentals, and freelancers based on the needs of each production
  • Oversee production logistics including travel, equipment, schedules, call times, and shoot day planning
  • Lead shoot execution by keeping productions on time, solving problems in real time, and ensuring the team has what it needs to do strong work
  • Communicate clearly with clients, crew, talent, and vendors throughout the production process and help manage changes as they arise
  • Support post-production handoff and delivery coordination to ensure footage, assets, notes, and deliverables move cleanly into the next phase

What We're Looking For
  • Based in the Bay Area (required)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in video production or producing
  • Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and production logistics
  • Experience booking crew, cast, locations, vendors, and rentals
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Calm, proactive, and dependable under pressure
  • A clear communicator who works well with clients and teams
  • A strong team player who takes ownership and follows through
