A Day in the life: 

As an Assistant Grocery Manager, you're a key leader in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently. You support the Assistant Store Director in overseeing daily operations across multiple departments-including Grocery, Frozen, Dairy, and Liquor/Beer-while helping to lead, train, and inspire your team. Whether you're managing inventory, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and attractively merchandised, or stepping in to lead the store in the absence of senior leadership, your role is essential to creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You'll have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills, make meaningful connections with your team and community, and help deliver the kind of service that earns customers for life. If you're passionate about food, people, and progress, we'd love to have you on our team.

Hourly Pay & Benefit Details 

The hourly rate [salary] for this position is $29.83 per hour; Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility). This is an entry level position with advancement opportunity."
