As a Home Shopping Department Manager, you will lead daily fulfillment operations, ensure accurate and timely order completion, and support strong customer satisfaction while driving digital sales growth. Main responsibilities:

Oversee all daily operations of the Home Shopping Department, ensuring timely, accurate, and customerfocused order fulfillment

Deliver an exceptional pickup and delivery experience while resolving customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds professionally
-
Coordinate endtoend fulfillment processes including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination (where applicable)
-
Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems
-
Monitor key performance metrics such as order accuracy, pick rates, ontime completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction
-
Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations
-
Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and outofstocks impacting orders
-
Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
-
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards
