Primary Skills: ServiceNow Platform (advanced), JavaScript (advanced), REST APIs (advanced), Scoped Apps (advanced), UI Builder (advanced)
Contract Type:  W2 only
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Austin, TX (#LI - Hybrid)
Pay Range: $60-$65/Hr. on W2

Job Summary:
This role is for a seasoned ServiceNow developer tasked with modernizing an existing intake and review workflow. You will lead the transformation of legacy systems into a streamlined, next-generation solution. The position requires deep platform expertise and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Modernize and enhance intake and review workflows.
  • Implement dynamic, rules-driven form logic.
  • Develop and optimize REST API integrations.
  • Streamline multi-team review processes.
  • Improve user experience on Service Portal and Workspace.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Extensive ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
  • Experience with Scoped Application development and REST integrations.

Industry Experience:
Experience modernizing legacy ServiceNow implementations in large enterprises or regulated environments is preferred.
