Contract Type:  W2 Contract
Duration: 12 Months 
Location: New York, NY (Li- Onsite)
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:

This role requires a proactive Desktop Support Technician to provide comprehensive hardware, software, and network support for end-users. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting, problem resolution, and managing IT support queues efficiently. This position is critical for maintaining daily business operations and ensuring a seamless technology experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, update, and repair PC hardware, software, and network services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and enterprise application issues, printing, email, and connectivity problems.
  • Manage IT support tickets from recognition to resolution, including escalation when necessary.
  • Build, deploy, and image new workstations (desktops and laptops).
  • Perform asset inventory, software inventory, and system updates to ensure security.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on, on-site desktop support experience.
  • Proficiency in macOS and Windows troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Domain/Industry Experience: Experience working in fast paced environment.
