    Duration: 12+ Months
    Location: Onsite – San Francisco, CA (2 Openings) / Dallas, TX (1 Opening)
    Pay Range: $80 - $85 on W2
    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support a large-scale Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Modernization Program spanning Data Delivery, AI/ML Insights, Infrastructure, and Cross-Program Integration workstreams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise technology programs, driving Agile execution, managing program governance, executive reporting, RAID management, financial tracking, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, and cloud modernization initiatives.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned GCP modernization workstreams from planning through execution.
    • Drive Agile program execution, sprint planning, quarterly planning, release management, and milestone tracking.
    • Develop and maintain executive dashboards, SteerCo presentations, KPI scorecards, program health reports, and executive summaries.
    • Own RAID management, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, issue escalation, and decision management across multiple workstreams.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, AI/ML, cloud platform, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
    • Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource planning, financial tracking, and AOP alignment.
    • Facilitate cross-program governance meetings and ensure alignment across Data, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Platform teams.
    • Drive continuous improvement of PMO governance, delivery processes, Agile best practices, and program quality standards.
    • Ensure successful delivery of complex cloud transformation initiatives while maintaining scope, schedule, quality, and resource alignment.
    Must-have Skills:
    • 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading enterprise technology programs.
    • Strong experience managing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) modernization, cloud migration, or cloud transformation programs.
    • Experience managing Data Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering initiatives.
    • Strong TechOps background with infrastructure operations, platform provisioning, and IT operations delivery.
    • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, release management, and program governance.
    • Extensive experience with RAID management, dependency management, executive reporting, and PMO governance.
    • Strong experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, AOP planning, resource allocation, and vendor management.
    • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent program management tools.
    • Experience collaborating with executive leadership, engineering teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experience using AI productivity tools such as Claude or equivalent.
    Nice-to-have Skills:
    • Experience with BigQuery, Looker, Spanner, Kong AI Gateway, or other GCP services.
    • Experience supporting AI/ML pipeline delivery or Business Intelligence modernization programs.
    • Experience working within managed services or MSP delivery environments.
    • Knowledge of enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure modernization and platform engineering.
    • Experience managing multi-workstream transformation programs across geographically distributed teams.
    Certification:
    • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent Project/Program Management Certification (Preferred)
