    Job description

    Title - RF Regulatory Engineer with RSE
    Location - Sunnyvale, CA
    Duration - 3+ months
    Must have: PCTel and XCAL
    Responsibilities
    • Creation and Execution of Wireless Regulatory verification plan, translating worldwide regulatory requirement into test cases.
    • Developing test procedures for wireless Regulatory validation test.
    • Coordinating with compliance team to ensure regulatory validation covers all regulatory compliance tests.
    • Foreseeing and maintaining related equipment for testing of various radios
    • Reviewing and analyzing internal and 3 rd party data and establishing correlation
    • Working closely with multiple develop teams to debug and analysis the root cause of the issue and provide mitigation plans/suggestions.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 1+ years related experience.
    • End-to-End (E2E) Radio wireless regulatory validation for consumer electronics experience.
    • Deep knowledge of Wireless Regulatory test requirement minimum for the USA/CA and EU - worldwide a plus
    • Experienced with R&S CMW500 and/or Keysight UXM. Working knowledge of 5G NR FR1 and FR2, LTE, GSM, UMTS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi technologies up to and including Wi-Fi 6/6e in relation to Wireless Regulatory validation and test.
    • Experience with anechoic chambers, Semi-anechoic chambers, and radiation performance evaluation like emissions, EIRP, EIS, etc.
    • Strong collaborative and cross-function team communication skills.
