Job description

All outside terminals, located all over the country, have a small town, tight knit family atmosphere. Whether you are in Nashville or at one of our outlying locations, you are treated like family!
Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate daily with your team of drivers to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure on-time delivery for all freight shipments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet companywide initiatives and objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with drivers, serving as their main point of contact for any issues they experience on the road, and supporting their professional growth within the organization.
  • Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Track freight to confirm timely delivery within allotted timeframes.

Job Qualifications:

  • Relevant sales or management experience in the transportation industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement and success, with the ability to lead by example.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competitive mindset and a drive to succeed.
  • Refuse-to-lose mentality with a commitment to excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.

Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
