• Prepare trucks for painting through sanding, masking, and surface preparation

• Apply paint and coatings to trucks, ensuring a high-quality, professional finish

Sanding & Surface Preparation

• Sand and prepare vehicle surfaces for repair and refinishing

• Ensure all surfaces are properly conditioned for subsequent repair or paint work

Parts Replacement

• Remove and replace minor to major truck components

• Ensure all replacement parts meet quality, safety, and performance standards

Tools & Equipment

• Utilize personal hand tools as needed

• Company will provide specialty and large-scale equipment

• Reliable transportation required

• Demonstrated strong work ethic and dependability

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Prior body shop experience preferred

• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and CSA regulations highly desirable

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and shop environments

Due to the collaborative nature of the work, the need for real-time coordination, and the possibility of time-sensitive repairs or issue resolution, regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this role.
