Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Account Management: Handle a mix of national and local accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers via email and telephone communication.

Service Excellence: Strive for perfection in customer service delivery and proactively address any service issues that may arise.

Account Growth: Work towards growing small and mid-size accounts by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

Freight Solicitation: Actively solicit freight on a daily basis to ensure continuous business growth.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in AS400 and Hemispheres software systems is required to efficiently manage customer accounts and transactions.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Two years of experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Training: Minimum of 60 days of experience in administrative or data entry tasks, indicating familiarity with office procedures and systems.
